CNP (13-digit personal ID number) — required on Form 230 by ANAF.
Home address — street, number, building/entrance/floor/apartment if applicable, city, county/sector, and postal code.
Phone and email — optional, for contact purposes.
Signature — appears on the form, as required by ANAF.
How your data is protected
Your data (name, CNP, address, contact details) is processed to generate Form 230 and is shared with the organization you chose, acting as data controller, based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
The CNP and other sensitive data are encrypted and can only be read by the authorized party. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and to file a complaint with ANSPDCP (Romania's data protection authority). Full details are available on the Quorify 230 privacy page.
