The most common questions about the 3.5% redirection through Quorify 230:
Does redirecting 3.5% cost me anything?+
No. You're redirecting part of the tax the state already withholds. In other words, you don't pay anything extra.
Do I need an account to fill in the form?+
No. You fill in Form 230 directly from the organization's public page, with no account, in about two minutes.
Who files the form with ANAF?+
The receiving organization handles filing with ANAF on your behalf. Once you submit the form, there's nothing more for you to do.
Does Quorify file the form or handle money?+
No. Quorify only generates Form 230 and sends it to the chosen organization. The platform doesn't file with ANAF and doesn't handle money.
What does the “Share for 2 years” option mean?+
If you check it, the redirection also applies to the following fiscal year, to the same organization, without needing to fill in the form again.
Is my data (CNP) safe?+
Yes. The CNP and other data are encrypted and used only to generate the form and share it with the organization, based on your consent, in compliance with GDPR.
