Announcements are short posts aimed at your organization's active members, with reactions and attachments.

Announcements for your members
The Announcements module lets you communicate quickly with all of your organization's active members. Unlike email or individual messages, an announcement appears instantly in every member's feed and stays visible until deleted.
Who can post
Only owners and board members can create announcements. Regular members see the feed and can react, but can't post.
What an announcement contains
Text — up to 1500 characters
Photo or PDF — an optional attachment uploaded directly
Google Drive link — a shared document or folder
Linked event — select an upcoming event from the calendar
Reactions
Members can react with a heart to any announcement. The reaction is visible to everyone. You can give or remove your reaction at any time.
Notifications
For every new announcement, all of the organization's active members get an in-app notification and, if enabled, a push notification too.
