Roles and permissions

How roles work in an organization and how you delegate access to the Management area.

Last updated:

Access within an organization is controlled through roles and permissions. That way, everyone sees and can do only what's meant for them.

Roles

  • Owner — full control over the organization, including settings and ownership transfer.

  • Board members / administrators — broad access to organization administration.

  • Member — standard access to the areas relevant to them (events, tasks, resources).

Permissions and delegation

In Management → Permissions you can configure what each role can do (“Role Permissions”). A member with “Full access” has complete access. You can selectively delegate parts of the Management area (e.g. finances, resources), and each member's navigation adapts to what they're allowed to do.
