Who can delete an announcement

Any owner or board member can delete any announcement in the organization, not just ones they posted. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

What happens to reactions

When an announcement is deleted, all associated reactions are deleted automatically. There's no archive of deleted announcements.

Editing announcements

Announcements can't be edited after posting. If you made a mistake, delete the announcement and post a new one.

The 10-posts-a-day limit

Each organization can post up to 10 announcements per day (UTC+0). The limit resets at midnight UTC. It doesn't matter who posted — the count is per organization, not per user.

Why there's no editing

This policy is deliberate: editing an announcement after members have seen and reacted to it could create confusion. A new announcement is always clearer.
