Join an organization

To join an organization you need an invitation from it — a code or a link. There are three ways in, depending on what you received.

With an invitation code

If you already have an account and received a code (in the form ABC-1234), you can use it directly from the dashboard.

   Open the dashboard

   Sign in and go to the main page (Dashboard). You'll see the “Join an organization or federation” panel.

   Enter the code and activate

   Type the code you received into the field (e.g. ABC-1234) and click “Activate”. You'll be added immediately with the role set in the invitation.

With an invitation link

If you received a link by email, open it: the acceptance page shows “Invitation Received”. Click “Accept” to join (or “Decline” to refuse).

Invitation for a new account

If you don't have an account yet, the link in the email takes you to an invitation page where you sign in (“Continue with Google” or a link sent by email). Then you complete your profile on the “Welcome to the team!” step (first name, last name, optionally university and year of study) and click “Join” to join the team.
