How do I record a payment?+
In Finances → the Fees tab, click “Add Payment” for that member and fill in the payment details.
What is a fee structure?+
A set of rules (amount, frequency) that you define in the Fee Structures tab, and that you use to track membership fees.
Where do I add my organization's IBAN?+
In Finances → the Bank tab. That's where you manage your organization's bank details.
