Once you've created your account and profile, you can launch your first organization straight from the onboarding wizard. You automatically become its owner.

  1. 1

    Choose “Create an Organization”

On the “What brings you here?” step, click the “Create an Organization” card — suited for a student NGO, league, association, or club. If you represent a federation of organizations, choose “Create a Federation” instead.

  2. 2

    Fill in your organization's details

On “Your Organization”, add the name, optionally a logo (PNG/JPG/SVG, max 2 MB), country, county/city, and member count (1–25, 26–100, 101–300, or 300+).

  3. 3

    Add legal information (optional)

Expand the “Legal information” section if you want to fill in the legal name, tax ID, legal form, and address. You can also add these later from Settings. They're only required to enable Quorify 230 (our Form 230 collection feature).

  4. 4

    Choose your features

On “What do you want to use?” select at least one feature: Member Management, Meeting Attendance, Electronic Voting, Task Tracking, or Volunteer Recruitment.

  5. 5

    Create the organization

Click “Create Organization”. You automatically become the owner, and the app takes you straight to your new organization's dashboard, where you can start inviting members.

Want to enable the 3.5% tax redirection too? Check the Form 230 collection once you've filled in your organization's legal information.
